since it was almost a year ago that we actually went for a SKA trip and u guys gonna be in ur 1st week of internship, i (being the free one) decided to plan us a trip!!!!

Tribute

I received a tragic call from home today. A son of my parents good friends lost his life to an irresponsible driver. Tho i didn get the chance to get to know him, but the news was really a shocker. The version that was told to me was quite vague, but basically this was what happened. He just got home from work, around 10pm, was crossing the road and got knocked by a car, just a few meters from his house. It was a hit and run accident.

The saddest part is, his family is still in grief for the demise of his dad just a few months ago. Now the last man standing in the family was forced to bow down ahead of his time.

To the ladies of Salman's family, my heartfelt condolence goes to you guys. May God give strength and courage through this trying time.

Remember folks, the road is not a playground. Irresponsible-car-driver might elude from the police but remember the person he ran over was someones brother and son. So be safe on the road and practice defensive driving.

ELECTION fever is on

Election Commision had announced 8th March 2008 as the next upcoming General Election date here in Malaysia. This will be the 12th election held since we had gained our independence in 1957. Nomination day will be on Feb 24. Political parties will be given approximately 3 weeks of campaigning.

Rattatatata-tuiii awayyyyyyyyy to a brand new year.....



Things are not moving. Its not like i have only 17 minutes to take a shower or 22 minutes to take my daily meals. Boy have i free time as much as a retiree. Its not that i like to sit idle and not move.

Hmm. Its more like i have shitload of work to do, buried alive and yet im STUCK. Clueless of where to start. In this lonesome room i tried again and again to finish up the mass of work thats piling invincibly on my left (on my right is my phone, camera, calculator, pda, and the sorts. my work is done paperless on the computer.. oh technology). Other things seem more interesting. Suddenly Facebook is the coolest website and cleaning up my room is my new found hobby.

Now i wish i didn sleep in the ceramah "Cara-cara Membahagi Masa Anda Untuk Berjaya" that they always have in school.

Thats not where it stops. My life is a standstill too. My absentmindedness has spread its wings. Its not that i dont like to talk, its just sometimes i think people talk too much they forget what they say can hurt other people. I dont like to think that im square just because i have little words to offer to people around me.

I love the silent moments in the car, when we are there but only the drums of the engine and soft background music from the radio can be heard. I hope you do too.

I love being around people, but with my absentmindedness, i might as well not be.

Things dont make sense around me anymore now. Am i losing it?

I know i have a difficult character(more like neurotic). But i wouldn be suicidal for being misunderstood.

Lineage

There was an article in NST today about a pair of twins who got married to each other without realizing that they are actually related. they only realized that they are brothers n sisters after they got married, and actually had to annul their marriage. how appalling. just put it this way, if ure a guy imagine marrying your own sister and vice versa. the emotional trauma that they have to go through must be tough.

that is why in Islam, it is stressed that one knows clearly about his lineage. it is more to avoid accidental incest cases, other than knowing our genetics. oleh itu, avoid pre marital intercourse and know the person you gonna get married to. its better to be safe than sorry.
